How do you test your products?

At rokt&razo, safety is paramount. We conduct rigorous testing throughout the production process and product life cycle to ensure our toys meet or exceed U.S., E.U., and international safety standards. From design to manufacturing, we implement strict quality control measures, including multiple inspections and testing points. Additionally, certified third-party labs regularly assess our products, focusing on paints, coatings, and overall compliance with safety guidelines.

I didn't receive instructions with my child's new toy. What should I do?

What should I do if my item is missing parts?

If your item has missing parts or is damaged, we do have some replacement parts available. Please email us or chat with us so we can assist you.

Return & Exchanges
What is your 30-day Happy Return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, you have 30 days to return your product, as long as it’s in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. You'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization number, so please chat with our friendly Customer Care Team or email us at service@roktandrazo.com.

We don’t offer gift exchanges.

For returns, we’re happy to refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. There are no restocking fees. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.

Keep your packing list and any emails about your order, as they contain important info. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank might need extra time to post the refund to your account.

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

Will my order arrive in one package

Sometimes, items in your order might ship separately to get to you faster. Items from the same location are grouped together, so parts of your order might arrive at different times, but they’ll all be within the expected delivery window!

How can I get free shipping?

Great question! We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $69 or more. Please note that this offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations.

Free shipping applies to the order subtotal after any promo code discounts have been applied (and before oversized item fees, shipping fees, and taxes).

Also, please be aware that certain very large or heavy items may be subject to an oversized item fee of $15.

Do you offer special discounts for military members, teachers, or schools?

Currently, we do not offer special discounts for these groups. However, follow us on social media for special offers, or join our rewards program for exclusive discounts and sales.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of making your payment. 

We process orders quickly to ensure you get your items as soon as possible, so after the 2-hour window, our warehouse may have already started fulfilling your order. While we can't guarantee a successful cancellation after this time, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We'll do our best to assist you!
